I'm an iPhone user
Our mobile app requires an iPhone with iOS 14.0 or later.
If you're not sure about your iPhone's software version, go to Settings > General > About and take note of your Software Version.
Due to hardware limitations, the scanning feature is also not available on the following devices:
- iPhone 6S (iPhone8,1)
- iPhone 6S Plus (iPhone8,2)
- iPhone SE (iPhone8,4)
- iPhone 6 Plus (iPhone7,1)
- iPhone 6 (iPhone7,2)
- iPad Air 2 (iPad5,3)
- iPad (5th Gen) (iPad6,11)
I'm an Android device user
You'll need an Android device with Android 9.0 and up (to check the Android version go to your Settings > About phone > Android version).
IKEA Kreativ requires also an ARCore Supported Device that has Google Play Services for AR installed on it. You can check if your device is supported on the following website: https://developers.google.com/ar/devices#google_play.
If you find your device model on the website but still can't see the scanning feature, try updating Google Play Services for AR (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.ar.core&hl=en_AU&gl=AU) before taking another panoramic photo of your space.
Due to hardware limitations, the scanning feature is also not available on the following devices:
